When you call
The demo uses an AI receptionist. Calls to 236-204-7137 are recorded and transcribed using Retell. Shane can listen to recordings and read transcripts to review the conversation and follow up.
The call may include your phone number, name, business details, questions and any appointment details you choose to provide. Please avoid sharing payment details or other sensitive information during a demo.
If you do not want a recorded conversation, email [email protected] instead.
Where information goes
- Retell processes calls and stores recordings, transcripts and call details.
- Twilio provides telephone services and supports the configured post-call notification workflow.
- Cal.com handles appointment details when you book a chat with Shane.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical connection information to deliver it.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed outside Canada. The integration names shown on our homepage do not mean every demo call is sent to those systems.
Keeping and removing call data
Recordings and transcripts remain in Retell for Shane’s use. We do not currently promise deletion after a fixed number of days. To ask about information from your call, request a correction or request deletion, email Shane using the address below. Include the approximate call date and the number you called from so the right record can be located.
Website visits and booking links
This site has no advertising trackers or embedded booking form. Following a booking link takes you to Cal.com. Emailing us or booking a conversation provides the information needed to respond or arrange that conversation.
